MISSION

        Research and development in fields of air quality monitoring and management

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

  • Research and development of satellite-based air pollutant concentration maps (PM2.5, NO2, O3, …) from regional/national scales to local scales;
  • Air pollution modelling using photochemical transportation models, receptor models … (WRF-Chem/CMAQ/CAMx, CMB,PMF, HYSPLIT …);
  • Impact assessment of air pollution from agriculture, transportation, urbanization, industrialization … on public health, environment and climate change.
  • Development of emission inventories and investigation of emission sources.
  • Development of mobile and web applications to automatically collect, store, process and visualize data and to provide different services to users in term of air quality.
  • Research and development of sensor network (in collaboration with IoT team
