Professor Thomas Ågotnes, Department of Information Science and Media Studies, University of Bergen paid a working visit to FIMO

On 24^th February, Professor Thomas Ågotnes, Department of Information Science and Media Studies, University of Bergen, visited FIMO Center. Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhat Thanh and FIMO’s staff attended the meeting.

Prof. Thomas Ågotnes is famous for his researches in Logic, Multi-agent Systems,  and other Information Science studies. In the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhat Thanh introduced to Prof. Thomas Ågotnes FIMO’s structure and some researches conducted at FIMO Center including air pollution, land-cover classification, ship detection. Futhermore, ProjectKit, a new project management software developed at FIMO was also introduced by Mr. Bui Sy Nguyen.

 

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Thomas Ågotnes shared his interest in FIMO’s researches and products, opening new collaboration opportunity in future.
